Verify during manual user addition

When I add a new user, I don't see a way to verify them without going back in, finding the user, and manually verifying.  They get the verify e-mail.  It would help with both time and customer confusion if when I tell a customer I'm adding him to the support system, he didn't get an e-mail and I could verify it while adding.  If I've missed a way to do it, let me know, otherwise please consider this a feature request.

    @Carlos You can "auto-verify" end-users to your system by using the bulk import (giving the user in the password column), or using API.

    Or, if you prefer the manual approach:
    1) Refrain from sending them a welcome email under Settings > End-users > User welcome email > [uncheck] Also send welcome email when a new user is created by an agent or admin
    2) Create a new end-user under Manage > People > Add user
    3) Edit their profile
    4) Click the Identities tab
    5) Add a password; Click "Update"
    6) View their profile and click "Verify Now"

    Then, using an external email program, you can contact the end-user to let them know they have an account and password for your Zendesk.
