MyDock Extension

I am currently using trial version of Zendesk Plus and MyDock. I have connected MyDock to Zendesk and created a trigger which will create a ticket in Zendesk when a catalog item is approved in MyDock. However, when these catalog items are approved I am not seeing the tickets being created in Zendesk.

is this a limitation of the trials? If so, is it the Zendesk trial or MyDock trial that is the roadblock? Does anyone use MyDock with Zendesk? I would love to hear what your experience with it has been.
