[ARCHIVED] How to remove an admin role to a user ?

    Hi Florian, You should be able to bring up that user's profile in ZD, and then on the left where it shows administrator, drop down and change them to an agent, or end user, as needed.

    Thanks Spike ! I was looking at the right place but the option was greyed out. It's OK now.
