What plans are there to extend the "Due Date" function that was released recently. It is great that you can now set a due date for tasks, but we don't use this or any of the other default ticket types. Instead we have a custom field which more accurately represents the different types of tickets we have. Not being able to put a stand alone due date against tickets seems to be a big gap in the Zendesk product. Is there a new feature in the pipeline or anyway of getting round this. Being able to set up a custom field in date format would be a perfect solution.
