    While there's no in-product solution for exporting macros, you can accomplish this with the API. You would need to have your own development resources to use our API for free, but if you'd prefer to have our Services Team do this for you at a billable rate, feel free to send a ticket to support@zendesk.com with the request.

    Since processes can change over time it would be beneficial to allow a way to export into Excel to get a full view of all macros at a glance vs opening each one up individually by simply adding an "Export" feature.

    I strongly agree with Susan. This would be a much beneficial feature to have when it comes to macros. Its indeed a very tedious process to have to manually process macros
