    And great news, everyone! The Early Access Program has been completed and the Product team let me know that they will start rolling out the new attachment functionality in the next few weeks. Stay tuned - we will be sure to update you here once it's officially available for everyone!

    Hello,
    I did not sign for the beta, but the option does show on my attachments settings.
    However, it doesn't work.
    I hope it will be really operational soon because our users are looking forward to it.

    This has already been implemented. Check this out.

    SETTINGS - tickets - Attachments - Include attachments in emails
    Include actual attachments in outbound emails instead of links. Not available if 'Require authentication to download' is enabled.

    Hey Zendesk Users,

    Imagine you are an Zendesk user who wants to send the actual attachments in its raw form to your internal/external users through email so they can receive the actual attachments in the email instead of logging into Zendesk and downloading it manually.

    IntegrateCloud please clarify. The product page says "Free" but after activating the app panel says "Trial Count Left: 20". What is the ACTUAL pricing model?

    Actually let me update make 2 apps one free for limited use and one paid for unlimited use.Sorry for the confusion.
