It would be great to be able to add links to agent emails that open tickets in the iOS app, my understanding is that for this to work the Zendesk iOS app developers would need to add a custom URL scheme to their app (e.g. something like zendesk://tickets/1234 to open ticket 1234).
My general workflow is to spot a ticket in email that I can answer while mobile and then want to jump straight to that ticket in the (otherwise fantastic :) iOS app as it offers a better experience than the mobile site. Currently I can do so by pushing the home button, finding and tapping the zendesk icon and then navigating via "Recently updated tickets" however it would be much easier to have a link in the email that could open the app.
This was something that I'd been thinking about for a while and it cropped up during the excellent Zendesk Bootcamp in London on Monday so I thought I'd pull my finger out and request it.
