Ticket Sharing numbers

If we're using ticket sharing, It would be nice to know what ticket number is being used on the zendesk we're sharing the ticket with, and for them to know what the ticket number is on our system so we can communicate better off zendesk.

    This is a really useful feature for us - We are constantly logging into spokes to find ticket ID's.

    This feature would be very useful and definitely would help avoid confusion when contacting the ticket requester. Maybe it would be good to add another Zendesk default field only for shared ticket that would contain the ticket ID from the root Zendesk (the very first one the ticket was created).

     

    Also, there is a problem that the user data is not shared between Zendesk instances (like requester's email, phone no., time zone or organization). I know this is done to avoid confusion and issues with syncing Zendesks, however, again when contacting the requesters those details are a necessity. Maybe it would be good to enable an option within the sharing agreement where the Admin would decide whether those fields should be shared or not?.

    I agree completely... the corresponding ticket number or lack there of is making it painful.

    This is sorely needed. Is there a way to use the API to pull any of this information in in the meantime so that fields can be auto-populated?

    Sorely needed feature! How is it possible Zendesk can't integrate with its own product? Very disappointing
