    +1 for this, this is a very  needed feature and I have already discussed this at https://support.zendesk.com/entries/20415731-Taking-inbound-telephone-calls-with-Zendesk-Voice

     

    In there the response from steven Yan @ Zendesk was:

    "Hi Henrik, I don't have any hard timelines to provide to you at this time, however both the business hours and agent call transfer are features we plan to offer this year."

    Is this still in the works? I understand that I can record multiple greetings and keep them inactive until needed but it would be great to have an after-hours greeting auto-apply based on our hours of operations.

    +1 for this feature.  Having only one voicemail greeting is weird because sometimes the customer may call after hours, sometimes they might end up there because their call wasn't answer during business hours (due to all agents on other calls, for example).  Each situation demands a different context appropriate message.

    Hi everyone

    In case you missed our announcement, I have some good news for you. Zendesk Talk now has the ability to configure voicemail on or off/ inside or outside your business hours and you can customised your greetings to suit your configuration.  For more details here is the link to the announcement and the documentation.
