Jira Integration: Add Organization to the list of Remote Fields

    My 2nd and 3rd line support guys work entirely in JIRA and we have successfully integrated such that they get a JIRA issue direct from Zendesk.  Unfortunately almost every one of these issues prompts a phone call back to the Zendesk agent to ask 'which customer is this for'.  Our manual workaround is for the agent to manually type the organisation as a text comment, but that is prone to error and makes any clever routing in JIRA impossible.

    We simply need the Organization field(s) to be visible in the JIRA mapping so I can make a 1 way map from Zendesk into a JIRA custom field.

    This one feature is important enough for me to switch products. If I cannot track the organization on my development tickets I cannot adqueatly support my clients.

     

    I cannot even create a list in Zendesk of tickets with linked Jira issues. How am I supposed to track what my clients are waiting for?

    Amen. It's absurd that this isn't possible after so long. We are also looking at the option of ditching Zendesk as the integration is so poor.

    +1 Organization Name needs to be an available system field to sync. This is as essential as Subject or Description.
