Does anyone have a method for giving incentives for participation in the community support forum via utilization of the API or anything, something similar to badges, or points, or reputation of some sort? See attached image. I am thinking of something similar to Stackoverflow where users get a reputation or points for participation in answering a community's pool of unanswered tickets in a forum. I think that would be really cool and I'm working with my company to try and set something up via utilization of ZenDesk's API.
