    @Jack: Thanks for the feedback, we are investigating how to build this functionality into the product. I don't yet have a timeframe but understand it is important to have a clean list of users so you can accurately understand and manage your customer accounts.

    Is there any timeframe on this yet? This is basically blocking us from switching over from "classic" zendesk.

    This is a huge deal for us. We only allow a certain number of contacts per customer, depending on support plan, and we deal with user creation/suspension daily. Not having this makes "New Zendesk" unworkable.

    Is there any idea what the time frame might be? This is still a huge thorn in our side.

    Please add this enhancement soon, it is painful and inefficient to have to drill into each user from an organization's list of users, to find out if they are suspended or not.

    Yes, please add! We have many organizations that have been with us for 15 years +, and many, if not most users are suspended.

    +1 - It is a an inefficient use of our agents time to try and determine who is an active user and who isn't.

    +1!!  We definitely need this feature as we have some customers with over 100 contacts so it would be great to tell which ones are active vs suspended.  Please, Please take this request to heart.  Too many of the ideas or enhancement requests never come to fruition.

    Can we also get an attribute in Insights that indicates a user has been suspended?  I can't even report on this and the user active attribute is only for deleted users.
