I was disappointed to find out this option isn't currently being considered in the new Help Center reporting.
Our agents are on our Help Center all day long. They skew the data when searching and looking at articles. I want to be able to filter out those views when looking at:
1) how many times an article has been viewed
2) what is being searched for
Since we require all users to be logged in, it seems like it would be easy to filter out those users who belong to our company without having to filter out IP addresses through Google Analytics.
Hope you consider it. This would make the Knowledgebase reporting so much more helpful.
