Is there a way to Get all new tickets or comments submited by users?

    I would also like to monitor all comments and tickets, how can this be accomplished?

    If you're looking for a way to search back in the past for all tickets that had any updates within a certain time range, we don't have the ability to do that.

    If you would like to just monitor any ticket updates, you can use our incremental export API:  http://developer.zendesk.com/ticket_export.html

    You can poll Zendesk periodically to get a list of all tickets that have changed.  This API functions like our CSV export in terms of the data that it returns.
