In a sample application I just created to test out the URL Target extension type, I noticed my target is only called when new tickets are created, not when comments are added to the ticket. This means my sample application only has a record of the first comment for every ticket created.
How can I synchronize ticket comments with my sample application? From here it looks like I can either poll open tickets on a schedule using the API, or create a JIRA target instead, mimicking whatever JIRA specific responses Zendesk is expecting from a JIRA instance.
A great solution would be a URL Target that gets call whenever there is activity on a ticket, so I can pull it using the API to find out exactly what changed.
