Recently you guys shared how you organize content in your forums and KB (if you didn't, you can still share!). Now I want to know how you structure content in your articles for another best practices article.
Do you use a standard template when you create new knowledge base articles? That is, do you have a set of headings that you include in every KB article? If so, share your "template" with us in a comment!
