Bravo Matt. Very creative work-around - one of our product mangers calls it ghetto fabulous :-).

We plan to support this natively soon, and it will be even more powerful.

I love the ghetto comment! Don't support this natively too soon; I want to know my work was not for naught. =)

Although honestly, Organizational Fields in Zendesk would be a game-changer for me. That, and integration with Salesforce. I'm not too greedy.

+1 for adding organizational fields to GoodData reports.

In the meantime I'm definitely going to try Matt's workaround!

Just wanted to check and see if there were any timelines on supporting Org fields in GoodData?

    Hi Sam Boonen,

Any update on the time frame? It's been nearly a year since your comment indicating this would be a feature soon.

    Hi Celia,

Insights, which is what Sam was talking about, is out now. It is being rolled out in batches to existing customers so it may be that you can't see it yet. You can find out more about it on the Announcement for Insights.

If you don't want to wait until later this summer and you don't mind not having any existing customizations migrated to your new project you can sign up for early access. Please see our Early Access Guide to find out more about the process.

Looks like I made a mistake on the link for Insights, it's been fixed, also if anyone needs it, https://support.zendesk.com/entries/53066068-Introducing-Insights-Make-your-data-mean-something
