To install the PlayVox app in Zendesk, follow the steps below:
Log into your Zendesk account and click on the ‘Admin’ cog in the lower left of the page.
Under the ‘Apps’ section, click on ‘Browse’. Locate the PlayVox app and click on the tile.
Once on the PlayVox app details page, click on the ‘Install’ button in the upper right hand corner.
Once added, you will need to refresh and press the PlayVox heart icon and configure the following items:
Create a PlayVox account (Your email and password)
Put your Zendesk credentials. (Subdomain, Admin email and the API token)
Follow the instructions provided in the PlayVox for Zendesk wizard.
Choose the KPIs you would like to track.
Set the rules of your Performance Score.
Add your agents you would like to track.
Your PlayVox agent performance tracking application is ready to go.
