    @Felix - Not sure, are you able to post a link to your Help Center.  Also you need to change the name of your CSS file and then make sure you have the correct css file name in your document head.  Hopefully this helps.

    @ Wes,

    Thanks for sharing the themes.

    Would using your responsive theme be able to ensure that I can turn off these few elements on mobile devices?:

    Where can I see demos for the two different responsive theme you created? I want to see what would work best for migration from wiry merchant theme. The one I am working on is this: curely.zendesk.com.

    @SL - When using responsive design it is possible to hide certain elements based off of view points of the device.  You can use media queries in order to do this so yes you could hide all of those elements you mentioned above on mobile devices.  You can see all of my themes and the code here:

    https://github.com/moderatorwes

    These are good as a base template and then you can modify from there.  If you want to see one live just let me know and I"ll activate it for you.

    @Everyone - The theme has been updated to the new Curlybars framework for any new users, for users already using the theme the update should have converted everything for you.

    I also re-coded the category boxes so that they are dynamic and not hard coded.  This was very easy to do with the new themeing framework.  You may want to take a look at the Home Page on my GitHub account to see the new code.  Enjoy.

    Hello Wes,

    I've modified Midnight to work for our helpdesk - but when the customer submits a request, there is no confirmation... is this an oversight or have I missed something?

    @Andrew - Is there a confirmation on the other default themes as I always thought the email they received was the confirmation.  If there is a confirmation on other default themes then I'll look into it more and see, it may be hiding behind something.

    Hello Wes,

    There is a header banner that drops down saying;

    "Your request was successfully submitted. You should receive a confirmation email shortly."

    Hello Wes,

    I like the midnight theme and think it would fit our Help Center well.

    I downloaded the theme and copied it to the Humble Squid theme using the directions provided but it looks like a bunch of classes and formatting didn't get through. For instance in "Home" the "section class="promoted-articles" does not have a matching class in the css, closest I could find is ".article-promoted"

    Any thoughts about how I could get this to work? Am I missing something during set-up?

    @Will - There is a midnight.css file that will need to be copied over to your asset area, make sure your document head is pointing to that file.  Also make sure you copy the regular CSS file into Zendesk.  Sound like you might have copied the wrong CSS file into Zendesk.

    @Wes - Ok, I think I figured it out for the most part here, sorry, not very familiar with coding.

    It looks like the css file referenced in the doc head didn't match the asset name:

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="{{asset 'midnight6.css'}}">

    The file named in the Asset folder was called "midnight.css".

    Changed that and it looks like it is good to go.

    Thanks for the heads up Andrew.  I've updated the Home Page code on my github page to address the issue.

    Another user reports that the new request form does not shrink down well (fields overflow onto the unseen page part)

    Is this an issue with my child-theme, or with the original?

    Would someone be so kind as to advise how I replace the text and moon with my company logo (I have an SVG or PNG). I've tried for an hour and have given up :-(

    Hi @Wes can you help me?

    I'm starting a page with the Humble squid template but I wanted a footer like the one you used on this template, with social media icons, contact and infos... I tried cutting the code from this template, but wasn't able to make it work.

    Is there a specific code for that? help me please :)

    @Luana - That entire theme is built with the Bootstrap Framework so you would have to include the Bootstrap Framework and FontAwesome icons in order to just copy and paste.  You could get the same results just using some CSS just do a Google Search for "CSS three column footer".  That would be alot easier than trying to incorporate the Bootstrap Framework.

    @wes - I was able to get your first theme up and running on my sandbox. Made some changes to it as well. However I cannot get this midnight theme running on my normal instance. I am trying to compare the two to see which one I like better. Possible that you could take a quick look?

    Thanks!

    Stephen - What kind of issues are you seeing.

    Wes - Background image is not showing. The category boxes are not showing. Pretty much just not going well at all.

    Just make sure you copy all the files and follow the instructions, the background image is in the midnight.css file which is a file you need to download and put in your assets and then make sure its pointing to that file in the Document Head.  If you make changes to that file then you have to name it different like midnight1.css and then change the path in your Document Head.  Zendesk caches files so that why you have to create a new name if needed.

    Wes - So I saw that changed it from midnight6 to midnight. However the small box images are still not showing. I have copied everything in properly.

    Is it because I do not have all of the additional categories setup? Do they also need to match by name?

    @Stephen - So yes, on the HTML page the icons are associated by Category name so you need to change the code below to match your category names.  It has to match exactly with spaces and everything.

    {{#is name 'Firm Admins'}}fa-comments{{/is}}
    {{#is name 'Timekeepers}}fa-credit-card{{/is}}
    {{#is name 'PBM - General'}}fa-user{{/is}}
    {{#is name 'FAQ'}}fa-desktop{{/is}}

    This is also where you can change icons.  Just go to FontAwesome and select whatever icon you would like and replace what is there.

    @Wes - Thanks looks like I have it all working. Really one last question. What information is inputted to have that right side text show up next to the boxes?

     I am also trying to shrink the footer. I can make the text move and shrink but not the actual box size

    Those are promoted articles, so you would need to go mark some articles promoted and they should show up on the right side there.

    The footer is located in the midnight.css

    #footer {
    1. background-color: #2f2f2f;
    2. padding-top: 50px;
    3. padding-bottom: 50px;

    @wes - is it possible to restrict these categories so only certain users can see them?

    So the Firm Admin section would only be seen by a certain group so on and so forth?

    @Stephen - You have to restrict by sections, not categories however if all the sections are restricted then the entire category will be restricted.  You can restrict to signed in users then by tags or by orgs.

    You could hide the category with some custom javascript based off tags or orgs but the sections would do the same as long as they were all configured the same.

    @Wes - fantastic theme.  Wondering if you will have html files to cover the several community files in place in HC. I'd love to use this.
