    HI, my name is  Mark Fly, Director of Support & Training for JBKNowledge. We have been using ZD since early 2011. We currently are on Enterprise and have 4 spokes. 2 of which are up and running with the respective products, SmartReality and SmartBidNet. We decided against using the Hub for all since one product is open to all, one is sign up only and we haven't decided on the other 2. The themes are different but reflect the products well.

     My team really enjoys using ZD and can't imagine our job without it.  Although I am not code versed, the system is still easy enough to use for all my needs. Triggers, Automations, etc make my job much easier. I let our design team do the initial layout, theme, colors and then I fill the content.
