    Hi Otto!

    It's not possible to make any changes to the layout of the login page.

    The "I am an agent" link appears there because the login page automatically assumes that the visitor is a customer. The link is there in case you have different log-in options for your agents versus your customers.

    For example, you can set Zendesk up so that your customers just log in with an email address and password, but your agents have to use SSO. The "I am an agent" link will take your agents to the proper log-in form.

    Hopefully that clears things up for you!
