    @Matthew - Lets give this a try.  On the CSS tab add the following:

    .nesty-input {
    display: none !important;
    }

    I believe that will hide the form selector for you.  Let me know how it goes.

    This worked Great - with the exception of the fact that it only turned off display for the selector, not the entire div. I ended up going up one level which removed the entire div, including the label:

    div.form-field.select.optional.request_ticket_form_id
    {
    display: none !important;
    }

    @Matthew - Glad to hear it worked.  Goodluck and if you run into any other issues just let me know.

    Hello Everyone,

    I have found when doing this it removes the drop down menus for actual forms you have created.  Anyone else seeing this?

    Thanks!

    All of a sudden this code stopped working for us, any idea why?

    Hi Justin!

    It's hard to say what could be causing this issue. Usually it's because there was additional custom code that broke what was already there. It could also be that there were some changes on our end that altered functionality so the code didn't work anymore.

    Have there been any changes to your Help Center code recently?
