Seeing that the previous posts on this topic seem to have died a quiet death by inaction, I wanted to revive this request.
We are in the process of trying to clean up our end-user information within Zendesk and provide our reps with more information when working with end-users.
One of the roadblocks I am running into is the fact there is only the option to have one phone number for an end-user. In this day and age a vast majority of our customer base have at least two different numbers they use to contact us. Oddly enough, ZD only allows for a single phone number to be tied to an end-user, which is inadequate for our purposes (and many others as well, looking at the other threads related to this topic).
Can we please get an update as to whether or not this is planned in the near future? Looking at past replies (that are rather ancient by now) it looks as if it was something that had a little traction, but seems to have just gone away.
