    As with the old integration, there is no way to map the JIRA issue key to a Zendesk custom field, you still need to do this manually. However now you can create a ticket view of all Zendesk tickets shared to JIRA using V3 by searching tags:jira_esclated. You can also search for these tickets in JIRA by searching by label:jira_escalated

    I'm trying to create a report that shows all tickets I've escalated to JIRA but I don't see that tag.  Can I filter the info another way?

    I'm going to create a ticket for you so we can look at why you aren't finding the jira_escalated tag in your account.

    Just to follow up for anyone seeing something similar, if you are on the V2 version of the integration you can use the attribute Ticket Outbound Sharing Agreement to report on linked tickets in Insights
