    Hi Kath! 

    I'd be happy to take a look at this for you. Can you tell me where you're seeing the discrepancy? If it's in your dashboard, can you tell me exactly which part you're looking at, and if you've changed the date filter at all? Otherwise, if you made a custom report, let me know the title so I can take a peek.

    Thanks Jessie,

    If you go to reporting and in the main graph hover over June 1 a pop up tells me one new ticket.

    If you go to my views and pull up all solved tickets you can see that 6 tickets were submitted on June 1st.

    I don't understand why there is a difference.

    Do you have any feedback on this yet? I notice another string opened with the same issue of errors in the reporting page.

    This may be related to an existing issue. We're aware of it and our engineers have been working on a resolution. I'll create a ticket for you and link it up to our problem ticket so that when it's resolved you'll be notified.
