Hello! We are moving from an open Zendesk to a closed Zendesk so we can have control over who submits a ticket. Is there someone at Zendesk who can offer us guidance on how to accomplish this without deleting 90% of our user profiles currently on file - which is what we will have to do given guidance in the following article " Permitting only added users to submit tickets".
If there is a technical article on how we can accomplish what we want that would aid our engineering team greatly.
