Creating a view that shows tickets with CCs

I would like a view that shows only tickets that have email recipients included in the CC field. Not specific recipients just tickets that CC'd other recipients with the request.
Could anyone suggest a way please?

You can see a list of all tickets you're CC'd on by going to your profile on top right, then clicking on Tickets> CCs.
You can simply bookmark this link to have direct access to it at anytime.

As a work flow it would be good to create a view if a person is on CC. This would enable agents to keep track on those tickets they are assigned too. We use this for Managers to keep an eye on tickets of interest/following.
