    Hi Matias,

    Yes, you can use Markdown via the API.  As long as you have markdown  enabled on your account and you're adding the comment as an agent, it'll render fine via the API. If you have any questions or run into any issues with this, just let me know.  Markdown cannot be added by end-users at this time.

    Is markdown from customers on the roadmap?

    Most of our customers are very familiar with markdown and often provide questions with code and other formatting. 

    We provide our own editor with markdown support, and it would be really helpful for us to be able to add those comments, from the customer, with markdown properly supported.

    Hello, Nicolas,

    I am afraid this feature is not in our roadmap. However, I found a Feature Request - Markdown for End-Users about this with an answer from our Product Manager.
