We run an online marketplace where users can reach our customer support via a form, so we communicate with Zendesk through API.
We have come across some special situations for what we haven't found a solution so far:
Is it possible to change the requester details? There are some cases when the user changes their details on our website. If we have previous tickets opened with the user, Zendesk uses the details created with the first ticket. Is there a way to automatically refresh the user details?
Sometimes a user may ask us to send our reply to another e-mail address, instead of the one that is attached to the user. Is there a way to do so?
