Annual Billing for Zendesk
Hi there,
How does ZenDesk Annual billing work?
Let's say on 01 Jan 2015, I have 3 agents on $59 per month plan (PLUS) and I would assume I need to pay for their annual fee upfront.
Then I add on 2 more agents on 02 Jun 2015, how much will these 2 agents be charged and when will I be billed? Will the billing be consolidated?

Hi Gordon!
If you add agents to your plan in the middle of your annual billing cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount to cover those agents for the rest of your billing cycle. Then you'll be billed for all your agents as usual when your new billing cycle starts.

What if one or several agents leave during the annual period? Do we get pro-rated for fewer agents for the rest of the billing cycle?
