ZenDesk integration with JIRA

    Hello Naoise,

    I assume that you are using Jira On Demand. Try the following to resolve the issue.

    Log in as an Admin into Zendesk and Jira in the same browser.

    1. Uninstall the App from Zendesk in the Admin->Apps->Manage Apps.
    2. Go back to JIRA > Admin > Manage Add-Ons > Zendesk for JIRA > Disable
    3. Now "Enable" the Connector again in Jira
    4. Now click the option  "Configure" in the connector setup.
    5. On the next screen click on "Complete set-up and install app".
    6. Follow the On Screen instructions.
    7. Go back to Zendesk and check to see if the JIRA OnDemand App loads properly.

    Your linked tickets/issues will not be lost, we're just re-authorizing the Zendesk app.

    Hi Klaus, 

    Thanks for your reply. I followed the instructions you outlined, logged into both systems in Chrome as an administrator in each. Steps 1-4 all went fine. However at step 5 I was not prompted with a screen presenting an option to click "complete set-up and install app". Instead I got a screen with a number of check boxes and a button saying "Save your configuration". I tried saving the configuration and then reinstalling the JIRA app in ZenDesk. However, I still get a message saying the installation process was not completed properly in the side pane of the ZenDesk ticket. 

    Do you have any further suggestions?
