Logging in with the ipad app
I have no problem logging into ZenDesk through a browser (our corporate help desk site). I'd like to use the iPad app if I can. Should I be able to do this? When I try to log in using my AD/Google credentials I get a bad user name and password error. Thanks!

Hi Paul!
As of right now, it's not possible to use your SSO credentials to log into the mobile Zendesk app. You'll need to create a Zendesk-specific password from the agent interface, and log into the app using the email address that's associated with your agent profile.

Hey Paul,
How you'll go about doing this will depend on the permissions of your Zendesk, and what role you have. Either you or an Administrator will be able to set/reset your password from your profile in Zendesk. You can also go to yoursubdomain.zendesk.com/access/help and request a new password from there.
Again, you'll want to use the email address associated with your user profile in Zendesk, not your SSO login.

im trying to figure this out, using google login on ipad app doesnt give an option

The mobile team released a fix today for the SSO problem for iPad. You should be able to access it now.
