I'm trying to analyse ticket volume by percentage of total over several months - pie graphs are frustrating to deal with on a month-by-month basis so I'm trying to create a stacked bar graph to compare the values. The root cause of this is that as our company grows so does our ticket volume, meaning that comparing raw volume over time isn't the most efficient way of looking at things.
I've done this for our channels, but in order to create one report I had to create 6 separate metrics (2 each for phone, email/web, and chat - # channel tickets then #channel tickets / #total tickets.) and the next one I'm looking at has significantly more variants.
