    Our IE 11 users are having the same issue and have submitted a ticket.

    Hi Chae!

    I looked at the ticket the original poster submitted, and it looks like she was able to resolve the issue by clearing cache and cookies in IE 11. Would you be able to have your IE 11 users give this a shot and let me know if it resolves the issue?

    Hi Jessie. Agent cleared their cache and still had the issue. The last communication on the ticket was last Thursday with the comment: 

    ...we have a ongoing problem ticket about this issue. It specifically involves IE11 and this issue.
    In order to give you any further updates I will attach this ticket to that problem. Our dev team is looking into this and will keep you up to date on anything else they might find.
