Anyone experiencing problems where the ticket won't update after you click Submit? This is primarily happening to two of my Agents who just so happen to use IE 11. Everyone who uses Chrome has no problem updating the Comment field and clicking Submit. With my IE 11 users, they'll fill out the Comments field (public), click Submit (Pending or Open), and the ticket window closes - as expected. When the Agent opens up the ticket for viewing, they can see that the Comments field appears to be in edit mode. Submitting again might do the trick...other times they have to copy/paste their comment into a .txt file, log off of Zendesk and back in. Only then are they able to paste in their comment.
Again, only IE 11. Sigh.
