    Hi Artur,

    If you are using Zendesk Voice, the requester on the ticket is associated via the number identified by the Caller ID. You will see the number listed under the 'Direct Line' on the user's profile.

    You should be able to cross reference the Direct Line with the numbers in your database.

    If you are using a different system, there may be some other information you need to reference/populate via the API to reference the external system.
