We have lots of really great Insights documentation available, written by Support Advocates, Product Champions, and awesome customers like you. You can find a comprehensive list of those resources here: Insights resources (Plus and Enterprise).
We also realize there's always more to learn when it comes to Insights, so we though we'd create a designated space for your questions and feedback.
Here, you'll be able to find answers to your questions, and share your knowledge and solutions with your fellow Zendesk users.
Here are the best practices for using the Insights & Reporting topic:
Search first. Check to see if somebody has already asked for the report or metric you're looking for before creating a new post. If they have, awesome! Upvote their post, and add your use case or other feedback in a comment.
If you can't find an existing request, create a new post with as much detail as possible about what you're trying to measure and why.
- Standby! Sometimes it takes a while for one of our moderators or other users to find your post and figure out an answer for it. But most posts do receive responses eventually.
We can't guarantee that any given post will get an answer, but we do have lots of Insights experts among our customers who may be able to give you some guidance.
