Enterprise: Multiple brands and one with Help Center
AnsweredIf I have multiple brands, how can I enable tickets to be submitted without enabling the Help Center?
Also, can I change the "anybody can submit tickets" per brand?

Hey Brad!
If you're not going to enable Help Center on one or more of your brands, you can allow customers to submit tickets via email. You'll just need to have a different support address for each brand.
It's not possible to enable or disable the "Anyone can submit tickets" option on a per-brand basis; it's all or nothing.
