    Hey Brad!

    The search function in Help Center isn't set up to use search operators. If you were to do a search for "video", it would pull up any articles with the video label, but it would also pull articles that reference the word video, etc. 

    I'm going to give you a couple links that should help to clarify the way search works in the Help Center so you can make sure your content is optimized in such a way that it can be found:

    For the purposes you're specifying in the post, I'd suggest creating an article wherein you can compile the links to all your video articles. You can then send that link to your customers for easy reference.

    It's not quite as elegant a solution as being able to send customers to a simple search results page, since you have to create the article and then add new links to it as they're created, but it'll accomplish your ultimate goal. As a bonus, it also makes that comprehensive list available in the Help Center, which could be useful for other users as well.
