    This is great , I came across to this trick , I couldn't get into the ID's because I didn't have permission , so I used F12 to inspect elements and I got all the ID's from here.

    Then I used {{ticket.ticket_field_option_title_XXXXXXXX}}, instead of the X's I place each number and using an ticket example I found the name of each field.
