I have a Zendesk App through which customers can communicate with agents by voice so I'm not going to use Zendesk Voice. But I want to store all calls history inside Zendesk and have ability to get this info available for all logged in agents. Is it possible to store such kind of data (ex: by creating custom object inside Zendesk or smth like that) beside creating a ticket?
And then link this data with contact?
