Remove email signatures based on configurable HTML tags or RegEx patterns

I second this. We only use Zendesk for internal users, so we don't need to have the valuable space taken up by email signatures. What I would like to see is the signature still be sent out with public replies, but not visible in the ticket comments, for both agents and end-users.

    I agree.

Content in the requester's email signature has caused triggers to incorrectly assign tickets in my zendesk account.

It would be great if Zendesk could ignore the signature tagged content and truely only scan the email message in the body.

+1 came to say the same thing. Is there a solution for this?

    Hi Zendesk Support,

Any update on this feature request to ignore email signatures so triggers do not assign tickets incorrectly?

    Hi,

Can this please be added to the feature requests?

It can be an exception to ignore the email signature for triggers so the correct trigger will "fire" on the main content within the email.

The email signature has caused and continues to cause wrong ticket assignments by triggers because the email signature contained a trigger search word.

Bumping this request as well. Even Spiceworks can do this and it's free.

I would like this also. 60% of text in customer emails is signature. o_O
