Is there a way to exclude certain domains when sending an NPS survey blast?
I want to restrict our own employees and competitors from receiving NPS survey emails.
I send out an NPS blast every month or every two months and use a list of users created in the last 30 or 60 days. Because our company is growing, and often people inside our company will send in requests to my team that get created as tickets, and thus they get added as users, they receive the NPS survey email.
A couple months I have taken the time to remove these users from the system before I send the survey, but this is just too time consuming.
So I want to know if there is a way to not send to all users that have email addresses with specific domains, such as our companies two domains, ScorpionDesign.com and ScorpionHealthcare.com.
Also, sometimes our clients have some campaigns with our competitors that are still running from before they signed with us, and thus we have to work with them occasionally. Thus they have to write in to us and of course then become users in our ZD system. They absolutely LOVE to rate us as 0 every month. Joy! Would love to restrict those as well.
If I could do this our NPS statistics would be much more true and thus valuable.
