I would like to place some suggested articles right after the user selected "d'adresse"

@Rachel - Someone posted an article on how to do this.  If I track it down I'll send it your way.

Wes, can you post here a link to the article if you found it for Rachel?? We'd be very interested in this solution too!

    Thanks!

Any luck finding that article?  It's been some time since the last post on this.

We have similar problems for all suggested article widgets, whether Related Articles in an article, suggestions on our Submit a ticket form, the web widget suggested articles, search box suggestions during typing, or the knowledge capture app.

In our case, we service 5 English language countries, and though many of them share the same articles, have some articles that are unique to only one or two countries.  So we need to be able to filter all uses of suggested articles by country label. (We use an article label to distinguish each country or countries).

This behavior is very confusing for customers, and the basic problem of not filtering is extensive.  Coding for the actual widgets seems hidden, so tweaking the existing code not possible. We have avoided trying the Answer Bot trials, because we fear it would suffer from the same problem.

Any leads on solutions would be welcome.

    Hey Scott!

I'm not able to find any articles on this...it's entirely possible that it's been archived. If such a thing is possible, it would require pretty significant customization and coding. I'll see if I can find someone who can confirm whether this would be possible!

    Hi @Diego,

Can you share a screenshot of which custom field you are talking about?

    Thanks

This is something we're looking an answer for. If anyone found any work around this please share it.

Hey Shiraz! Sorry for the delayed response!

This is a pretty old thread, and it looks like the original poster may have been using an old version of Zendesk as well.

If you can share more details about exactly what you want to do, and where, it'll help me figure out what resources might be useful!
