Documentation available to customers

our organisation offers support to other organisations. One of our requirements is to provide our customers with documentation. Some documentation(pdfs, docs) are specific for a customer and other documents are more general and should be available to all our customers. Is there a way to integrate a solution to this requirement in the system. The information is the form of pdf and doc documents, just generic documentation, not confidential at all, but sometimes specific to particular clients.

Probably creating a macro that you define all standard data (that goes to everyone) and just inserting the specific documents when emailing those certain clients.

I think it would be nice to have a place, not tickets. But, maybe Tickets could also work for us.

I'd recommend taking a look at our Help Center feature. It gives you the ability to create a Knowledge Base for your customers so they can self-serve when they have questions, and you can restrict the sections you create by user Organization or user Tag.
