Is anyone else missing ticket data for August from their GoodData reports? The last ticket showing in our GoodData reports was created August 3 @ 5:29am Pacific.
We have had nearly 200 tickets created since that time and none are showing in GoodData. I logged a ticket with Zendesk Support @ 1:45pm Pacific yesterday but haven't heard anything from them yet. Thought I would ask if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.
