We have recently switched to using the version 3 Jira/ZenDesk connector.
I have tried to retrieve a linked Jira number from a ZenDesk ticket using the REST API but have had no successess. I've tried using the following REST call but I do not get back the proper information:
According to ZenDesk support:
"Unfortunately at this time we do not have an publicly accessible API calls that can be used to pull the JIRA linked issue ID number from a Zendesk Ticket, as it is not stored on the ticket object itself, but rather in the background of the App/Integration"
Since the v3 Connector does not have a way of notifying a Jira user when a ZenDesk ticket related to it is updated, I have tried doing this using the REST API. But if I do not have the ability to get the Jira number from the ZenDesk this is not possible.
Is it possible to add this information to the REST API?
