Hello, I'm looking to change the default dropdown menu option on one of my custom fields from '-' to 'Any'
I'd preferably replace the '-' option entirely, but if that's not possible then adding another selection that is automatically chosen when an end user begins to fill out a ticket. Anyone have an idea? Thanks!
