Here's a tip for those of you dealing with inbound formatted emails where you may need to switch to html mode.
I noticed today that Zendesk has a great new way to show the 'original' email that is much quicker than going through the Show all events link. Apparently it was released relating to this update: Fewer email suspensions, more data where you need it
The link is easy to miss, because and it only shows up when you hover over the comment. See the screenshot (in Swedish, but you get the gist) how it works. (And of course the link only generates on comments that was generated via email.)
Using this shortcut, it's becomes much easier to quickly view an email containing typical problematic input, like inline tables.
If there is one thing I'm still missing, its that I really think the source should open in HTML mode. The extra click to switch from Text to HTML once you chose to view the original email seems a waste since I think most of use this feature to view the HTML (colors/tables/etc).
