We are going through a company name change & I would like to confirm the steps to take for a successful change in Zendesk. We also have Jira integration & am unsure how to remove this connection.
1. Remove the Jira add on (Not clear how to do this via Jira or Zendesk?)
2. Uninstall Jira app in Zendesk (also unsure how to do this)
3. Change the subdomain in Zendesk - Settings > Account > Branding
4. Send all open ticket requestees details of new address
5. Add new support email (including new subdomain or does this automatically happen when I update the subdomain) - Channels > Email
6. Modify Agent Users to new email address - Manage > People
7. Create an autoforward between old support email & Zendesk account.
